You have the ability to change the following pieces of information on your own:
- E-mail address.
- Mailing address.
- Secondary Address.
- Mobile number.
- Connect your Rush Rewards.
If you want to change other information, such as your name, you will need to reach out to support directly. It is likely that we will require proof of these changes before altering your account.
To start off changing your personal information, log in to your account and click 'My Account' at the top-right corner:
Towards the top of the page you will notice a section called 'My Information'. Here you will be able to change your information:
Simply click the edit button next to any of the fields and you'll be able to change and save your new information. Please ensure that it is correct or else you may not receive communications properly in the future.
